These certified programs provide opportunity for everyone to gain necessary knowledge in order to start second career and gain skills which can help them to advance in hospitality industry


Chefs

 The chef course is aimed at educating young students for work in hotel and catering industry. The training broadens theoretical knowledge of chefs and particularly their practical training. 
There are two teams in one generation of students in autumn and spring term.
A term lasts for two months i.e. sixty days and each team has a maximum of sixteen members.
After the training the students are sent to do practical work of four to six months to prove their knowledge, where they are paid for the work by the employer
 The units that are dealt with are: cold cuts, broths-potages-soups-consommés, hot starters, carte de jour, salads, desserts ...and a lot of other interesting topics and subjects.
At the end of the course you become a CHEF by vocation.
 

Waiters

 A waiters' training course is aimed at students training for work in hotel and catering industry. The training encompasses broadening of theoretical knowledge and with a stress on practical training. This training is divided into three groups: beverage pourers, restaurant waiters and a la cart restaurant waiters. 
There are two teams in one generation of students in autumn and spring term. Each team has a maximum of twenty members and the term lasts for two months i.e. sixty days. 
Before they are sent to do the practical part of the course each student is given a recommendation about the position in the hotel where he/she will be employed (a bar, a restaurant, a la cart restaurant). After the training the students are sent to do practical work of four to six months, where they are paid for the work by the employer
The topics that are dealt with are: a la cart system, cold/hot buffets, enology, pension system and a lot of other interesting topics and subjects. At the end of the course you become a WAITER by vocation.
 

Butchers

The butcher course is aimed to train students for work in a hotel butcher shop. The training consists of broadening of theoretical knowledge and is particularly focused on practical training.
There are two teams in one generation of students in autumn and spring term. Each team has a maximum of 5 members. A term lasts for two months i.e. sixty days .After the training the students are sent to do practical work of four to six months to prove their knowledge, where they are paid for the work by the employer.
The units that are dealt with are: kinds of meat, meat categories, meat cutting techniques ... and a lot of other interesting topics and subjects.
After the end of the term you become a HOTEL BUTCHER by vocation.
 

 Pastry Cooks

 A pastry cook course is aimed at educating young students for work in hotel and restaurant pastry shops. The training is done through improving theoretical knowledge and practical abilities.
There are two teams in one generation of students in autumn and spring term. Each team has a maximum of five members while the term lasts two months or 60 days. 
After the training the students are sent to do practical work of four to six months to prove their knowledge, where they are paid for the work by the employer.
The topics dealt with are: pastry, creams, biscuits, slices of cakes, cakes, ice-cream... and other interesting topics and subjects.
After the end of the term you become a PASTRY COOK by vocation. 
 

Chambermaids

The chambermaid training is done in the way it is done in modern hotels with a stress on housekeeping, organization, arrangements and nice decorations.
There are two teams in one generation of students in autumn and spring term. Each team has a maximum of fifteen members while the term lasts two months or 60 days.
After the training the students are sent to do practical work of four to six months, where they are paid for the work by the employer.
The topics that are dealt with are: organization and functioning of the housekeeping, decorations and arrangements and a lot of other interesting topics and subjects. 
After the end of the term you become a CHAMBERMAID by vocation.
 

Housekeeping assistant manager

The duration of semester is 45 days, each group consists of maximum 10 students.
Training for the housekeeping assistant manager is for the starters who have at least 1 year experience in the hotel in the department of the housekeeping (Housekeeping or Reception).
This training provides the knowledge of work, teamwork and organization, practical and theoretical skills for the students.  
After completeing the trainig we issue the diploma for HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT MANAGER.
 

Housekeeping manager

The duration of semester is 45 days, each group consists of maximum 5 students.
To enter the course you have to have at least 2 years experience of work in the Hotel - the department of the Housekeeping (Housekeeping or Reception).
 This course gives you oportunity to expand your knowledge for the organization of Housekeeping: paperwork, managing of costs, decorating, etc.
At the end of the course we issue the diploma for HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER.
 
 

Receptionist

 The duration of training is 72 days and each team consists of maximum 6 students.
During this course students will learn the hotel program, procedures for check-in, check-out, handling the complaints, etc up to all required standarts.
 
English language is a must, one more foreign language preferable. Completed secondary school is compulsory.
After completing the course we issue the diploma for RECEPTIONIST.
 
 

Wellness assistant

The course for body treatments - wellness.
Students learn different types of massages, body and face treatments.
Applicants must be young and have a great wish to work with people. IV level of Secondary school and one foreign language is compulsory.
The group consists of 8 students.
After completing the course we issue the diploma for WELLNESS ASSITANT.
 
 

Entertainment staff

Entertainment team is a very important part of every hotel. Entertainment staff is responsible for entertaining guests in the evening shows, daily programs (darts, card games, karaoke, pool games), children care - help for the parents, sport events (aerobics, biking, volleyball, pilates, etc.)
For this course we require young people over age of 21, with IV degree of Secondary school, at least one foreign language - English is a must. Applicants must be communicative, with positive attitude, sporty and willing to work hard. This kind of job is a challenge for you and great opportunity to gain experience in working with people.
The group consists of maximum 10 students.
The course duration is 14 days.
We issue the diploma for ENTERTAINMENT STAFF after completing the course.
 
 

Pizza cook

Each team consists of 6 students maximum. The course duration is 2 months.
Learn interesting recipes of Italian kitchen: various pizzas, lasagne, pastas, etc. After this course you can work in the pizzerías, hotel restaurants.
We issue the diploma of pizza cook after completing the course.
