MOU is agreement between Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technologies (Otawa, Canada) and Hotel Education Center (HEC Montenegro) regarding the oportunity to offer and deliver educational programs in Montenegro licenced by Algonquin. 

Hereby Algonquin College and HEC recognize the oportunity to collaboratively deliver education and training in hospitality and tourism diploma programs. Algonquin College has the authority to grant credentials that are accredited by the Province of Ontario, Canada through Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, considering that it has developed curriculum and recognized expertise in the delivary of programs in the areas of hospitality and tourism.
 
Hotel Education Center, as part of the agreement, is registered with the Ministry of Education in Montenegro and has extensive training experience and facilities.
Therefore Algonquin College and HEC Montenegro agree to the statement of Roles and Responsibilities in this agreement and the delivery and compensation provisions contained therein.
